I just wanted to drop a line and tell you how awesome this product is! I am an art teacher that is currently a stay at home Mom to a three year old and twin 3 month old girls. Our house is often busy and chaotic and the three year old can be left out when the twins are demanding my attention. This toy keeps my three year old busy and entertained. She loves to make a variety of artworks and then I take her picture with each one to remember them. In addition, when I do return to the classroom to teach, I can’t wait to take this product along with me. I can use it as a fun station, so those students who finish their work first can be entertained and continue to create artworks while the rest of the students finish their projects. And, if I can ever afford several more boxes; this would be a great product to let all students in the classroom experience as we study Calder, Matisse or even Stella.
As an art teacher, I would recommend this product to any classroom teacher. It is an excellent way to help students be creative, improve fine motor skills and understand spatial relationships.
Thank you for ShapeScapes! Such a wonderfully simple idea and yet so imaginative and unique!

ShapeScapeS not only provides a fun activity for family and friends at home, but also at the office is effective as a therapeutic tool for therapists working with children suffering from attention deficit disorder and associated anxiety symptoms. For kids who are shy and taciturn, ShapeScapeS is the perfect icebreaker and gets kids talking, tapping them into their creativity and imagination. Without any effort from the therapist, when you put ShapeScapeS on the table, the excitement begins. “Wow! What is it? That’s cool.” A social interaction, based on discovery and recognition, is created. The experience is validating and rewarding for the child and opens the door to wider communication and therapeutic dialogue. I recommend ShapeScapeS for every Healthcare provider who is looking for ways to facilitate the process of building trust and rapport with children.

My son uses ShapeScapes to build the most amazing sculptures and structures to play on. It’s truly enjoyable to watch over his expedition into a world of creativity, imagination, and HOURS of fun with ShapeScapes.
The colorful and round shapes feel like a huge relief, especially comparing it to uninspiring “battery-powered-blinking-talking-back-plastic” so called toys.
This is a GREAT toy for individuals and groups of all ages.
We LOVE ShapeScapes!!!
